Ski Machine FAQ
-
Our Alpine Machines are designed to enhance the skills of skiers and snowboarders of all levels. The slope features a soft nylon fiber carpet on a revolving belt, mimicking the motion of a treadmill. We can adjust the height and speed of the slope to suit the ability of the users. A support bar at the bottom provides stability for less experienced clients, and a large mirror at the base allows you to monitor your technique and receive real-time feedback.
-
We recommend arriving 15 minutes before your scheduled lesson. This gives our team plenty of time to fit you with the necessary equipment, ensuring you’re ready to hit the slope as soon as your session begins.
-
The minimum age for using the Ski Machines is 3 years old. Children aged 3 and 4 are eligible for private lessons only, while those aged 5 and up can participate in group lessons.

-
Yes, all necessary equipment—including skis or snowboards, helmets, boots, and poles—is provided at no additional cost.
-
You may bring your own boots and helmet, but we ask that you use our skis and snowboards, as they are specifically prepared for our indoor slope's material (with appropriate wax and edge sharpness).
-
We recommend booking at least a week in advance to secure your preferred lesson time. However, you can book up to 24 hours in advance. We also strive to accommodate last-minute requests, even for walk-in clients.
-
Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing and long socks. Long pants (like sweatpants) and a long-sleeve shirt are recommended. If you prefer to bring your own helmet, feel free; otherwise, we provide helmets on-site.
-
Our instructors are trained to respond quickly in case of a fall, utilizing a handheld remote to stop the slope immediately. Often, our instructors can anticipate a fall and stop the slope to create a gentle landing. The slope's soft nylon fibers provide a forgiving surface that minimizes the impact compared to icy terrain.
-
Group classes can have up to 6 students, with 3 skiing at a time and rotating every 10 minutes. For children aged 5-7, classes are limited to 4 students.

-
Yes, our slope has been developed over decades to closely simulate the experience of skiing on snow. If you can ski well on our indoor slopes, you will excel on real snow.
-
The number of lessons depends on your goals and skill level, but we recommend starting with 6 lessons to go from beginner to confidently navigating the slopes as a skier. Snowboarding typically requires more time to master, with most people needing around 8-10 lessons due to the steeper learning curve.
Freestyle FAQ
-
Our freestyle area is built for all levels, from beginners to advanced riders. It includes a dry slope terrain park with features to suit everyone. The main attraction is our one-of-a-kind ski jump, where you can launch up to 25 feet into an airbag to practice any trick you can dream of. We also have three large performance trampolines designed to help you build aerial skills and confidence.
-
The freestyle area operates in an open-gym format, so no advance booking is required. Simply purchase a day pass or membership to drop in at any time. However, certain events and lessons do require advanced bookings.
-
We encourage bringing your own skis or snowboard, along with a helmet. However, we also offer park-specific skis and snowboards for rent. Helmets are available for rent as well if you don’t have your own.
-
There are no strict age limits, but users must be comfortable skiing or snowboarding. This area is not designed for first-time skiers or riders. However, the trampolines are open to all ages and skill levels for a fun and safe experience.
-
Yes, helmets are mandatory in both the terrain park and on the ski jump. You are welcome to bring your own, or you can rent one from us for the day.
