Ski & Snowboard Fundamentals – Full Day

Ski & Snowboard Fundamentals is designed for athletes who are new to skiing or riding — or those looking to dial in their technique and build lasting confidence on snow. Whether you’re just getting started or refining your foundation, this camp creates the building blocks for long-term success.

Athletes will spend focused time on our alpine ski machines developing strong technical fundamentals, balance, and efficient movement patterns in a controlled environment. Trampoline sessions build air awareness, coordination, and confidence — while keeping the energy high and the learning fun. Campers will also work through small jumps and terrain features, learning how to approach, absorb, and land with control.

Throughout the camp, athletes will focus on:

  • Proper stance and body positioning

  • Turning fundamentals and edge control

  • Speed management and balance

  • Intro to small jumps and terrain features

  • Building confidence through smart progression

But progression isn’t just physical.

Learning to ski or snowboard means learning to handle “bumps” — on the mountain and in life. Athletes are coached on how to reset after mistakes, stay positive when things feel challenging, and approach setbacks as part of the learning process. Confidence grows when athletes understand that falling, adjusting, and trying again is how real progress happens.

By the end of the camp, athletes leave stronger in their fundamentals, more confident in their movement, and better prepared to handle both the bumps on the hill and the bumps along the way.

Ski & Snowboard Fundamentals isn’t just about learning to ride. It’s about building skill, resilience, and confidence that carries beyond the mountain.

Ski & Snowboard Fundamentals – Half Day

Ski & Snowboard Fundamentals – Half Day is built for athletes who are new to skiing or riding — or those who want focused time dialing in technique and building real confidence. This condensed format delivers intentional, high-impact training that strengthens fundamentals and accelerates progression.

Athletes spend structured time on our alpine ski machines developing proper stance, balance, and turning mechanics in a controlled environment where movements can be refined with precision. Progression isn’t only physical.

Learning to ski or snowboard means learning how to respond when things don’t go perfectly. Athletes are coached on how to reset after mistakes, manage frustration, and approach challenges with a growth mindset. Just like managing bumps on the hill, managing bumps in life requires resilience, patience, and the willingness to try again.

Small group instruction ensures personalized feedback and meaningful improvement each day.

By the end of camp, athletes leave more technically sound, more confident in their movement, and better equipped to handle challenges both on and off the snow.
